30 days to change your mind
If Rio Fiber isn't better than what you had, tell us within your first 30 days of service and we'll refund what you've paid for it.
You see the install price before you pay it
We survey your home first, then quote the installation in writing. You are not charged before that survey — and if the survey finds we can't reach your house after all, your installation fee is refunded in full.
The $25 is yours back, on request
Ask for it at any time and you get it, no conditions. It's refunded automatically if we never build to you, and credited against your installation if we do.
Own or manage a condo or townhome building?
Buildings need a demarcation point, a riser and cabling inside them before any unit can be connected, and we rank buildings by how many units want service. One call from an HOA board or property manager does more than forty separate sign-ups. Call 830-224-0000 or email sales@riofiber.net.
Building a new house?
A $199 pre-install during construction means the house is ready to activate on day one, with no retrofitting later. Have your builder call us, or call us and we'll reach them.
